Full-Time Project Arborist for North TX Region
Position offers competitive salary for experienced Arborist with 4-year degree and certification to conduct field assessments, lead technical projects, and support business development in a full-time role with immediate start.
- Salary ~ $72k
- Monday-Friday
- Start date: IMMEDIATE
Qualifications Required:
- 4-year degree and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, or Tree Care Operations required, Arborist Certification required with relevant endorsements (TOWC, TRAQ, Municipal specialist) preferred
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with completion of independent assigned field work tasks including but not limited to tree inventories, assessments, construction inspections, and other duties as assigned.
- Lead staff with technical guidance. Lead coordination related to project setup, execution, reporting, and closeout.
- Assist with other organizational initiatives. Produces technical reports for delivery to clients. Assist with business development, marketing, and other assigned duties as needed.
- Attend occasional networking and sponsored events in local market
Part-Time Contract Administrative Support
Texas-based part-time Contract Administrator position offers competitive pay and potential to transition into a permanent role with benefits, for professionals with business development experience to support contract review, data management, and administrative operations.

Qualifications Required:
- Must reside in Texas; Austin area a plus!
- Experience with HubSpot, Business Development, Marketing, Project Management
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Business Development team, such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and performing data entry.
- Assist in reviewing contracts and project documentation.
- Use tools like HubSpot, OneDrive, and SharePoint to maintain organized and accurate records.
- Contribute to the team’s success with general administrative support.
- Update and maintain company documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support operational needs through data entry and organizational systems.
- Conduct research to provide insights into employee-related and business development-related initiatives.
- Help coordinate company events, handling logistics, scheduling, and communication.
- Assist with special projects by managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Industry Experience Preferred:
- Sales, business development, marketing, event planning
- A background in landscape, construction, or similar industries.
Skills Preferred:
- Proficiency with HubSpot, or similar CRMs
- AIA forms
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities—you’re the go-to problem-solver!
- Familiarity with contract review for projects.
- Exceptional clerical skills, including:
- Crafting detailed spreadsheets and tracking data in Excel.
- Creating professional documents in Word and Adobe.
- Collaborating effectively using Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Ability to maintain focus and discipline while working remotely.
